matched their pace and personality.
Solution
I partnered with a restaurateur and a brand designer to create PoachedJobs.com—a vibrant, intuitive jobsite built around real industry behavior.
Key features included:
Job tiles for quick, visual browsing
Color-coded categories and custom icons for clarity and energy
A streamlined dashboard showing all candidate info at a glance—no training required
Phamdtran expanded the color system with custom icons for each role, making the platform both
functional and deeply relatable to our
niche audience.
